Last week, a handful of lucky players discovered that the Rae'shalare, Death's Whisper, the legendary bow of Sylavanas Windrunner, drops at normal 233 item level regardless of difficulty. Now in the second week of Sanctum of Domination, we can confirm that the upgrade materials are not a guaranteed drop, meaning that players will not automatically upgrade their weapon the first time they defeat Sylvanas on Heroic or Mythic difficulty.
