More hotfixes have been applied to Patch 9.1, this time slightly changing up how Sylvanas' Hunter Cloak works and some additional raid boss tuning!

I Used to Bullseye Deeprun Rats Back Home   Defeat the Remnant of Ner'zhul after scoring seventhree goals in the Sanctum of Domination on Normal difficulty or higher.
