Necrotic Mythic+ Affix Nerfed in Patch 9.1

In the latest Patch 9.1 PTR build, the Necrotic Mythic+ Affix has also been nerfed, slowing down how fast mobs can apply Necrotic stacks!

Necrotic Nerfed in Patch 9.1

Players, and especially Tanks, will be happy to know that the Necrotic has finally been nerfed!

Trash mobs will now apply Necrotic stacks half as often, applying Necrotic Wound on every other melee swing that connects!
