Astarii Starseeker’s Dialogue in Chains of Domination (Story Spoilers)
Some new NPC events were added to the latest Chains of Domination PTR build. After completion of the Chains of Domination storyline, Night Fae players are able to return to the Heart of the Forest and trigger a small event with one of the Night Elf souls currently there, Astarii Starseeker.
