Patch 9.1 build 38511 includes a number of new changes to the Chains of Domination PTR, so we are recapping everything that was added or updated in the third Chains of Domination update. This past week's build includes buffs to Arms and Survival, Paladin covenant legendaries, and several new lore reveals! Preach also conducted an interview with Game Director Ion Hazzikostas, which answered several questions regarding the upcoming patch.
