Is this related to the ? Why did this just happen in the last five minutes? Capital cities are impossible to traverse because of the absurd lag, players are spamming the buff from their spellbooks on global cooldown. Likely tied to the Hotfix that just went out, Blizzard will likely need a follow up hotfix!

Randomly, Spirit of Zandalar has shown up in player's spellbooks in Classic World of Warcraft, allowing them to give the buff to everyone in their entire zone.
