Patch 9.1 PTR Build 38394 Achievements – Torghast Layers Unlock, Sly the Fox Pet, Keystone Hero

With the new PTR build, Blizzard has added a couple new achievements. Additions include the new Keystone Hero Feats of Strength, criteria to unlock Layer 9 onwards for Torghast, and an achievement to obtain Sly, the Fox.
