Desmotaeron is now open to players, however its inhabitants have changed from live servers. Now the area is filled with enemies from the House of the Chosen and Mawsworn enemies under the command of Helya, who makes an appearance herself during the questline.

Desmotaeron Maw Area in Patch 9.1 PTR – Helya’s Forces, Maldraxxi Army, Guarm Family
The Maw has received many updates with the launch of Patch 9.1 PTR, including the addition of the new subzone, Korthia. However, one of the most intriguing changes is the opening of the previously closed zone, Desmotaeron.
