Ner'zhul, was originally a shaman of the Shadowmoon Orc clan on Draenor, responsible for opening the many portals that ripped the world apart at the end of the Second War, transforming Draenor into Outland.

Remnant of Ner’zhul Boss Model from Sanctum of Domination
The original Lich King Ner'zhul has a new model in Patch 9.1, a twisted construct of armor and bone reminiscent of Marrowgar. Although not named at BlizzConline, it appears that the Remnant of Ner'zhul will be the fourth boss in the upcoming Sanctum of Domination raid.
