EllesmereUI is a popular addon that can customize many aspects of the World of Warcraft UI. From the cooldown manager to a revamped chat frame, it offers many modules, and players can customize and use as many or as few as they like.
One of EllesmereUI's newest features is a nameplate kick tracker inspired by Fellowship, where players' interrupts are tracked on the side of a nameplate. When a player successfully interrupts a cast, a box is added to the side of that creature's nameplate that shows the interrupting ability and tracks the remaining cooldown. If multiple players kick the same mob, nameplates will show multiple interrupts. This allows you to see the remaining cooldown of all interrupts next to each other. Then, when an interrupt is available, it will automatically slide next to the nameplate, indicating who should kick next!

This module can also show your kick cooldown before the first interrupt by tracking your assigned Focus Kick marker, which is great for organized groups. EllesmereUI includes standard kick tracking as well, for those who prefer a standard interrupt box.
It's important to note that interrupt tracking only works off of successful interrupts. This is a major downside but has nothing to do with EllesmereUI. This is just what addons can pick up right now, and unfortunately, it's probably unlikely to change going forward, as Blizzard has commented that they are likely to add more restrictions to Interrupt Trackers.
