Upon handing in 10 books, players receive a quest, Friend of the Library. It is this quest reward that has been changed. Both the Erudite's Amulet and the Scholarly Pendant were brought from Rare to Uncommon quality and had some of their stats adjusted as a result.
The reward for 20 books has also been amended, reducing its item level from 40 to 35, but removing the class restriction. Reaching 20 books at level 20 was a bit of a challenge, but now that players can reach level 30, things should be a bit easier to find.
