Gnome Racial Nerfed Again In Latest WoW: Forever Build

In the latest build of the WoW Forever Beta, the Gnome racial ability Eureka! has received yet another nerf, this time now not working at all on periodic effects. The first nerf to Eureka was a flat percent reduction of its discount effect on resources.
