Accessing Dalaran City
Dalaran City is located in the Alterac Mountains, just Northwest of Southshore. You can enter the city in three ways. First, you can enter up the staircase just north of Hillsbrad Fields. Second, a flying "boat" travels from Dalaran to Valanaar in Zephras Isle, the main hub for the new Skyborne race, and lands right outside the Violet Citadel, just south of Fenris Isle. Finally, there's a portal inside the Violet Citadel to Stormwind City. This takes you to the Wizard's Sanctum in the city, and there's a portal there back to Dalaran City. Currently, no flight paths land in Dalaran.
Available Quests
As of now, at Level 20 in the WoW Forever Beta, only one quest is available: A Donation of Wool from Belanaa Windveil inside The Sky Enclave in the Violet Citadel. This is a typical cloth donation chain that begins by donating 60 Wool Cloth, followed by 60 Silk Cloth, 60 Mageweave Cloth, and 60 Runecloth.
Class Trainers
Throughout Dalaran, two class trainers are available: Druid and Mage. You can find the Druid trainer inside The Violet Citadel, just outside the landing zone for the flying "boat." The NPC is named Alfina Nightgaze. As for the Mage trainer, you can find Jessa Weaver just inside The Violet Gate at /way 17.7 69.7.
Profession Trainers
In all, seven profession trainers have been found, with a hint of an eighth. Weirdly enough, none of the Kirin'Tor Guard NPCs in the city offer directions like those in other cities.
First Aid: Angelique Butler /way 17.4 61.2.
Enchanting: Vanessa Sellers /way 16.9 62.6.
Cooking: Katherine Lee, inside the Silver Enclave, located at /way 12.7 64.2.
Herbalism: Edward Egan /way 18.4 63.4.
Blacksmithing: Alard Schmied inside Violet Plates and Framing /way 19.6 63.3.
Tailoring: Charles Worth inside Talismanic Textiles at /way 17.8 60.4. Spellweaver Thaldris, a Transmogrifier, is also inside this building.
Alchemy: Linzy Blackbolt inside The Agronomical Apothecary /way 18.6 62.4.
As for the possible profession trainer, we found an NPC, Timothy Jones, at /way 18.1 61.9. This was inside the store "Cartier & Co. Fine Jewelry. He's listed as an Apprentice Jeweler, which is a title that usually signals a trainer. It's not confirmed, of course, but Jewelcrafting could be in WoW Forever's future.
Stable Master
You can find a Stable Master in Dalaran. The NPC is Talia Softglen, located inside the Magical Menagerie, at /way 19.7 70.1.
Barbershop
For players who want to change their appearance, head to Eclipse with Shears to sit in the barber chair and update their look at /way 20.1 66.6.
Battlemasters
Inside The Underbelly, players can queue for all battlegrounds, including Warsong Gulch, Arathi Basin, Alterac Valley, and Darkspear Islands, with the following NPCs:

"Techs" Rickard Rustbolt: Warsong Gulch
Minzi the Minx: Arathi Basin
Sai: Alterac Valley
You can also buy PvP gear from "Dapper" Danik Blackshaft (Officer Accessories Quartermaster), Nixi Fireclaw (Weapons), and Blazik Fireclaw (Armor).
City of Dalaran Dungeon
Alliance players can access the pipe leading to the new City of Dalaran dungeon in the Cantrips & Crows area, down in the Dalaran Sewers. There, you'll find a gate to open, then continue down the pipe until you reach the instance portal.
Horde players can access this dungeon from outside Dalaran at /way 8.8 59.6. However, you'll need the Dalaran Sewer Key to access it.
