Midnight: Eclipse is the third major patch of World of Warcraft and includes Season 3. Announced on X (Twitter), Blizzard has announced that there is a new Legendary dagger coming in Patch 12.2.
According to Blizzard, this dagger is the first legendary weapon of Midnight, and is called "Midnight's Edge". It's a caster dagger that includes a legendary questline that starts when you finish the Worldcore raid.
We haven't seen a Legendary weapon since Dragonflight with Fyr'alath the Dreamrender and Nasz'uro, the Unbound Legacy. A couple weeks ago, Tettles interviewed Ion Hazzikostas, where they discussed Legendary weapons and some of the lessons from previously legendaries based on player's behavior.
