Mythic Entombed Sentinels
The Entombed Sentinels are the third boss in the Venomous Abyss raid, and the first Mythic boss with a semi-tight DPS check, especially during the early weeks of Season 2. Part of the DPS check is based on how fast players complete the Numbers game with Helical Toxins, but this encounter has a spread 2-target cleave profile, as the bosses cannot be tanked together and need to be killed at the same time.
Mythic Entombed Sentinels
In a spread 2-target cleave scenario, Destruction Warlocks come out way on top. Havoc allows Destruction Warlocks to cleave both bosses when they're spread apart, which many other classes cannot do. Other top picks are Balance Druids and Shadow Priests, which can historically handle spread cleave encounters very well. Demonology Warlocks and Affliction Warlocks are also up there, and while they're a top spec on this boss, Destruction is better.

Mythic Sszorak
Sszorak is the only pure single-target encounter in the raid, and it was a tight DPS check for the 2nd week of the raid. There is a 30% damage amp at 1:40, 3:47, and 5:54, but overall Sszorak is a great benchmark for pure single target in the Venomous Abyss raid.
Fewer than 100 guilds have killed Mythic Sszorak, and the data on the encounter is a little sparse, so we're including both Heroic and Mythic Sszorak DPS charts below from Warcraft Logs.

For both Heroic and Mythic Sszorak, the top specs appear to be Rogues and Marksmanship Hunters. As mentioned earlier, this is the only pure single-target boss in The Venomous Abyss, so while it's nice to be on top of this ranking, it's not a great niche to have if you bring nothing else.

Heroic Twin Fangs
Compared to Entombed Sentinels, which is a spread 2-target cleave encounter, Twin Fangs is the most consistently stacked 2-target cleave fight in The Venomous Abyss raid. There is a little bit of spread cleave and AoE from the adds that need to be killed in the middle, but this encounter is probably the closest in the raid to constant 2-target cleave for the entire fight.
Only 18 guilds have killed Mythic Twin Fangs, according to Raider.io, and so we're looking at the Heroic Twin Fangs rankings for this week.
Heroic Twins Fang Rankings
In a stacked 2-target cleave scenario, Arms Warrior comes out on top by a massive margin. Both Demonology and Destruction Warlocks continue to be at the top of the charts as well, and that's no surprise from the Entombed Sentinels rankings as well. Finally, we have Devastation Evoker and Arcane Mage who have some very good cleave with Mass Disintegrate and Arcane Missile Cleave Talents (Amplification and Overpowered Missiles) respectively.

We'll have to see how this change plays out when more guilds have defeated Mythic Twin Fangs and as players gear up more.
