This quest asks players to defeat any of the new Prey targets on Nightmare difficulty, which should be pretty familiar to most players, and can also be done at the same time as A Nightmarish Task, which will give players a Scalebound Herald's Flute - an easy way to acquire your weekly Trovehunter's Bounty.
You can do any nightmare Prey hunt, it doesn't have to be on the Coiled Isle.
Once that initial Nightmare hunt is complete, players can proceed to the main Prey questline on the Coiled Isle, starting with Prey: Anguish Island, which will introduce players to Ral'kala and unlock a permanent portal in Astalor's Sanctum!
