This is actually a toy, which causes the character to mount the throne.
Stylized with Asian dragons, the set is actually based on a Hearthstone design, created by Thunderfire Games and the Hearthstone art team. Called the Lion's Landing Varian, this hero variant for Warriors and Hunters was previously obtainable from the Sons of the Dragon Darkmoon Faire Treasure event from February through March 2026.
The red version was a Chinese exclusive Lunar New Year event reward, while the rest of the world only got blue.
Interestingly, the blue version of the Hearthstone hero was available to the rest of the world, which may give us some hope that perhaps the WoW transmog could make its way over to the west as well... though the current trend of Chinese exclusives makes it seem unfortunately unlikely.
