Just register for the event and complete at least two +10 keystones with eligible groups to earn the banner, with other prizes also up for grabs.
By its nature, Break the Meta restricts eligible specializations to avoid the most popular within each role. Although this evaluation is sometimes contentious, the event remains successful in promoting those specializations which tend to see less play time during the normal season. With 6,100 qualifying runs within the first few days of the event, it seems to be doing just that!
We might need to break an entirely new meta by the time this is over!
The Bounty System
Shaking the competition up even further is a new system of Break the Meta Bounties, a collection of challenges to complete dungeons with specific group compositions, intended to inject new challenge into familiar keys and encourage players to compete for even more prizes! Unlike regular prizes though, these bounties aren't random: there will only be one winner in each category, awarded to the team which places highest in each challenge.

The full Bounty list, and the corresponding competition window for each is listed below. Each Bounty will be open for 24 hours, starting at 8am PDT and will close at 8am PDT the following day. Each Bounty will have a corresponding Leaderboard. The group at the top of the Leaderboard (highest scoring keystone) at the end of the 24 hour period will be declared the winners. There will be one Leaderboard combined for the NA, EU, and KR/TW regions, and only one winning team amongst the three regions.
In order for a Mythic+ dungeon to be considered eligible for a Bounty prize, it must be Live Tracked via the Raider.IO App, be completed in-time during the specific Bounty’s 24 hour window, and satisfy the Bounty composition requirement while only using BTM-Eligible Specs
Now in day four of the week long event, there are still several special bounties left to be claimed, each with their own specific prize. The event and these bounties are all about getting away from the meta and trying new combinations of groups, so don't be afraid to get out there and try something new... you might just win a prize!
