Player Housing Jukebox Decor Datamined

The recently datamined Tune-O-Tron 6000 decor suggests that a personal jukebox may be coming to player housing!

Player Housing Overview

What songs will you play?

We can't show a preview, because it's not actually available on the PTR yet, nor is it even listed in the decor catalogue, though this Tune-O-Tron 6000 would appear to be an evolution of the Garrison Jukebox from Warlords of Draenor. Also known as the B.O.O.M. Box in Frostwall, the Lunarfall Tune-O-Tron 5000 allowed players to select new music for their Garrison, giving us a strong hint that this new piece of decor may be more than just another static object.

Datamining does indicate that this is listed under "Functional" which could further indicate that it is usable in game!

Interactable decor includes books, cooking fires, secret doors, and even guillotines, though still it avoids any kind of player power.

While still far from confirmed, customizing the music in and around player homes has been a major request from players, which the garrison jukebox already provides a strong template for. Featuring over 30 different songs, including both faction specific and neutral ones, it provided both personalization and a collecting opportunity for players during Warlords of Draenor. Best of all, the music selection was persistent, so players wouldn't need to reselect their favorite song every time they revisited the garrison... though a random-track feature could be a nice modern touch if we are indeed getting a new version.

Gnome not included.
