Omnium Folio Week 3 Quest
The Omnium Folio unlocks completely after 5 weeks, with each week granting players a slight power gain. The Omnium Folio will last all of Midnight, so if you plan on doing some end-game content in 12.1, you may wish to get this done now.
This week, players will be given the quest Seeking Knowledge Week 3 of 5: Leyline Assaults which tasks players by completing 5 Void Assaults. This week, the Void Assault is in Zul'Aman, and players will need to head over there to complete the quest.
If you've never done a Void Assault before, you're looking for a skull on your map indication where the current objective is. When one completes, another Assault in a different location will take its place.
The Bugged Assault
If you're doing a Void Assault in Amani'zar Village, you will come across an objective to kill 3 Shadecaptains.
These Shadecaptains are still bugged and may not drop their immunity shield. The only way to force them to drop their immunity shield is to pull them away from their spawn location which causes them to reset (aka Leash the Shadecaptain), and then have NOBODY stand near the captain on spawn for a brief moment so he can drop the shield. If anyone is in range and proxy aggros the Shade Captain after the reset, the Shadecaptain will remain unkillable and you'll need to do it again.
Week 3 Reward
This week, there is no choice and players will obtain the Rune of Lingering power. This is just an extra bit of damage or healing in the form of a DoT or HoT effect.
