Located within the Untethered Space around Tazavesh, which requires the Reshii Wraps to access, the Bill of Lading directs players to the Ethereum Overcroft in Voidstorm, where players can find an Odd Smelling Crate containing a plaque. This plaque gives only a very vague hint, but completes a hidden quest, which in turn allows players to proceed to the next step inside normal difficulty Naigtal.

Inside the Arterial Conduits area of the manaforge on Naigtal, players will find a Specimen Container, which requires a Specimen Container Key to open. Luckily, players won't need to go very far, as the key drops from the nearby Hal'hadar Manatech. Opening the container will then award players with the Unfazed Diver!
