Cosmetic Shark Cloak
Looking like something a Tuskarr of Iskara would wear, it's not quite clear if this is supposed to be a snack, trophy, or suitcase, but it looks awesome nonetheless! We haven't found any associated icon or item yet though, so further details remain scarce.

Cosmetic Colored Wings
Although the icon names for these capes reference Ula'tek, the ancient serpent god and final boss of the Venomous Abyss in Patch 12.1, these wings are actually the Ophidian Patagia, Corroded Patagia, and Apophic Patagia. The first two appear to be general Delve cosmetics, while the third red coloration is awarded alongside My Venomous Nemesis for defeating the new Delve Nemesis in Season 2!
