Vengeance Demon Hunter
With the release of Patch 12.0.5, Vengeance Demon Hunters got a few changes, including one to Fracture. Fracture's cooldown was slightly reduced, and the Annihilator Hero talent Celestial Echoes was also reduced to compensate. However, this change never actually happened until a few moments ago:
Celestial Echoes now correctly grants 3 additional Fury (was 5 Fury) per cast of Fracture.
According to Meyra from the Vengeance Fel Hammer channel, your Fury generation will only increase by about 4% when taking the Annihilator Hero Talent, and you might have the occasional empty global without talenting into Volatile Flameblood.
