Last week, Blizzard confirmed that the Delve Journey was temporarily capped at Rank 4, which has now been lifted. While there are many new rewards that can be unlocked, the most immediate allows access to Zah'ran, who has returned to sell various equipment upon completing Tier 6+ Delves.
Zah'ran will show up around the same place as the end-of-Delve chests.
Originally added in The War Within Season 3, Zah'ran no longer sells only trinkets - the ethereal trader now offers a different daily selection of Champion-track equipment at various prices, sold for a varying amount of Undercoin, making it a great place for alts to get some extra gear.
