Liquid has defeated Heroic L'ura and Blizzard has pushed more hotfixes, nerfing the encounter before NA primetime.

Midnight Falls Nerfs
Some hotfixes have been pushed to live servers which nerfs various portions of the Midnight Falls encounters, particularly for larger group sizes. This should make it easier for healers especially on larger group sizes to deal with the burst damage on the encounter.
Eclipsed deals up to 20% less damage depending on group size for Normal and Heroic,
Light Siphon deals up to 20% less damage depending on group size for Normal and Heroic.
Thunderous Well deals up to 20% less damage depending on group size for Normal and Heroic.
Shattered Sky deals up to 3% less damage for groups with high players, and up to 17% more damage with lower group sizes on Heroic.
