This month's Endeavor is Artistic Aid, which has to do with helping a Blood Elf art commune while their home is under attack. Once your neighborhood has maxed out this Endeavor, head to the Endeavor trader, located just off to the right of the neighborhood portal to Silvermoon City.
The Deed of Patronage can only be purchased once your Neighborhood has maxed out the Artistic Aid Endeavor.
The vendor sells the Deed of Patronage for 0 Community Coupons. It is worth mentioning that players only need to purchase one Deed of Patronage to buy all eight paintings from Hesta Forlath. Don't waste your Community Coupons!
Once you've acquired the Deed of Patronage, you will be able to purchase all eight paintings from Hesta Forlath back in Silvermoon City. Hesta is located in the northern part of the Bazaar. Each painting will cost 1,500 gold.
