Curio Trinket Hotfixes for Valeera in Delves

The best Combat Curio just took a nerf in the latest hotfixes, and some of the weaker curios got buffed!

Midnight Delve Guide

The best Valeera Curios were previously Porcelain Blade Tip and Mandate of Sacred Death but one of these has now taken a slight nerf in some hotfixes.

Motionless Nulltide now lasts for 20 sec (was 10) and stacks every 4 sec (was 6)

Porcelain Blade Tip now grants 5% crit (was 10%)

Mantle of Stars now has a 90 second cooldown (was 120 sec)
