Originally added alongside the S.E.L.F.I.E. Camera MkII in Patch 6.1 of Warlords of Draenor, Twitter integration allowed players to connect their World of Warcraft account to Twitter, in order to easily post screenshots or share in-game achievements. While no reason was ever given, the feature was eventually removed in February 2023, presumably due to then-new Twitter API changes charging third party users a monthly fee.
These new strings appear to match much of the same functionality, and even include a new camera, marked as a promotional item Pin-o-Matic Camera. Exactly what site this feature will post to is still unclear though, simply labeled "Site" without further elaboration. There does not appear to be a string related to selecting a site either, which suggests there will only be one option available, though it is also possible that Blizzard intends to launch their own screenshots gallery for players to upload to. That seems less likely, and the most obvious answer is that integration will be returning to X formerly known as Twitter, but that remains to be seen.
