The yearly bundle traditionally offers an assortment of pets and mounts for both WoW Classic and Retail, with a little delayed gratification as some of those rewards stay hidden to be sprinkled throughout the remaining year. In the most recent, 'Year of the Horse' Lunar New Year bundle, two rewards were left hidden to us.
With today's discovery, we now know that Smoldering Valor is the counterpart to Scorching Valor, the full-grown fiery warhorse discovered this past December. Because the bundle contains separates Classic and Retail rewards, it seems likely that the Smoldering Valor pet is only given to Classic players, while the Scorching Valor mount is for Retail, though Blizzard has recently added Retail versions of those pets available with slightly different names, so you may still be able to obtain the fiery foal... though it likely cost a few extra dollars.
In this case, Sa'bak's Blessed is a Retail counterpart to Sa'bak's Favored, which was given to Classic players as part of the same bundle. Likewise, Classic players may purchase the Envoy of Sa'bak, while Retail players received the bundled Herald of Sa'bak for free. Although it is not yet confirmed if this trend will continue, it seems very likely, as it helps ensure that the 12-month subscription bundle retains exclusive value, but the opposite rewards are still available to all players.
