Salvaged Goblin Gazillionaire's Flying Machine is a rare drop from the Gallagio Garbage rare spawn in Undermine. This rare has a chance to spawn during S.C.R.A.P. jobs in Undermine, namely when the job hits 500/500 tracking.
Scrap Jobs
Scrap digging is an activity unlocked in Undermine, starting with Renown 3 with the Cartels of Undermine. Note that you don't need to unlock it to obtain this mount, as it is a drop for the rare. You need to unlock it to help summon the rare, however.
Once you go through the tutorial quest, you can start doing S.C.R.A.P. Jobs in Undermine. To locate them, look at the Undermine world map for trash icons. Once you find one, head to the area and speak with the NPC in the area, Carlo Greasegrind, to start a job.
Once a job starts, you have 2 minutes to dig through as much trash as possible! Digging trash will give you a new currency, Empty Kaja'Cola Can. As you dig, you will face enemies that will distract you and require killing, hazards that require dodging or kicking, and more.
While farming for this mount, you'll likely earn many Empty Kaja'Cola Can from doing the scrap digs. These can be traded with Angelo Rustbin at the Undermine Sanitation building in Hovel Hill for other items like toys or pets, or even for a bag that has a chance of containing a mount.
