Darkfuse Spy-Eye
The Darkfuse Spy-Eye is a rare drop from Darkfuse Precipitant. This rare is spawned by anyone who has the Darkfuse Solutions faction unlocked. You'll need to insert a Canister of Darkfuse Solution purchased from Sitch Lowdown at a pylon in southern Undermine to start the event to spawn the rare. Note that while you need to have the faction unlocked to spawn the rare, anyone can loot the mount.
