Blackrock Mountain PvP Event Enhancement Shaman Changes
Protection Warrior Adjustments in Time Realms Following the Weekly Maintenance on December 11
Protection Warrior – Skills and Talents Update
Defensive Stance now reduces damage taken when hit by 13% (up from 10%).
Shockwave now generates 185% of its damage as threat (up from 100%).
Vigilance no longer reduces the threat generated by the guarded target if the target is in a tanking stance.
Tanking stances include: Frost Presence (Death Knight), Defensive Stance (Warrior), Bear/Dire Bear Form (Druid), or Righteous Fury active (Paladin).
Focused Rage has been updated with additional effects:
During Enraged Regeneration, you additionally restore 5%/10%/15% of your maximum health.
Enraged Regeneration no longer consumes Enrage, and no longer prevents gaining Enrage while active.
33%/67%/100% of overhealing from Enraged Regeneration is converted into an absorption shield lasting 15 seconds.
Vitality has been improved and now includes a cheat death effect:
Stamina increased by 4%/8%/12% (was 3%/6%/9%).
Strength increased by 3%/6%/9% (was 2%/4%/6%).
The original Warbringer talent has been replaced with a new talent: Warchief. Warchief retains the original passive effects of Warbringer and grants access to Rallying Cry.
Rallying Cry: Temporarily increases the maximum health of you and all party or raid members within 30 yards by 20% for 10 seconds. When the effect ends, this health is removed.
*Developer’s Notes:
We hope to restore the strength and prestige of one of the most iconic specialization designs in the history of World of Warcraft. Providing multiple viable options within the same role will contribute to a healthier, more diverse, and more prosperous game environment.
We will continue to monitor the class balance in the Time Traveler's Server and make corresponding adjustments as necessary.
See you in Azeroth.
