Void Motes for Quick Coffer Keys
Scattered throughout the zones in Midnight are small void motes, similar to Dreamsurge Coalescenes from Dragonflight. Players can fly through these motes where they will drop Voidlight Marl and Coffer Key Shards.
In personal testing, even with some heavy lag in the Beta, players can earn roughly 15-20 Coffer Key Shards in roughly 2 minutes of flying. That averages out to a full Coffer Key every 5-6 minutes, which can be used in Bountiful Delves to earn some nice gear upgrades. Not to mention these motes also drop Voidlight Marl, which can be used to purchase Housing Decor.
Disclaimer
While this farm is incredibly efficient, it is not infinite. In Midnight, Coffer Key Shards have a weekly maximum, with players being capped to earning 600 Coffer Key Shards per week. This gives you 6 Coffer Keys to earn each week from Shards. While unfortunate, this farm is still an incredibly simple way to earn some Coffer Keys each week.
