In the first build of Midnight alpha, the UI icons and descriptions for the different options you can select for neighborhood Endeavors have been added! These range from player groups to long-forgotten NPC factions, all coming to your neighborhood in need of assistance.

A Blood Elf art commune is sheltering in the neighborhood while their home is under attack, and wants to share their artistic prowess with the neighborhood.

Maintaining a home is hard work! Everyone could sure use a little pick-me-up. That's why we're reaching out to the grummles of Kun-Lai, who brew a special beverage called kafa that will put some pep back in your step.
Dracthyr
Reaching Beyond the Possible
The dracthyr have recently rediscovered themselves and chosen their own path in life. Their passion for learning will help inspire neighborhood residents to learn new trade skills.
Mechagnomes
Moderate Mechanization
Invite the Mechagnomes of Mechagon to the Neighborhood to assist with technolgical upgrades to the neighborhood.
This endeavor has been previously teased in official previews, showcased in both Horde and Alliance neighborhoods.
Sporregar
With Regards to Sporeggar
The farmers and cultivators of the Neighborhood are struggling to produce good soil for this seasons crop rotation. Sympathetic to their plight, the Cenarion Circle has recommended reaching out to a small farming village on the outskirts of Zangarmarsh...
Earthen and Therazane
Holm Sweet Holm
The Earthen residents of the neighborhood have remarked that the indigenous elementals that roam the outer neighborhood could potentially be good allies if approached carefully. They advise seeking the counsel of Therazane in Deepholm for assistance.
Kobolds
You Take Candle
The neighborhood is having difficulties keeping their lanterns alight and is in dire need of lighting upgrades. Seek out the Kobolds of the Ringing Deeps and seek their counsel on exterior illumination.

What are Endeavors?
Endeavors are a monthly event that takes place within Player Housing Neighborhoods, and transform the central square of the instance into a story-themed hub for its duration. These are designed to give players a glimpse into other areas of Azeroth beyond the current expansion story, and offer unique zone-themed housing items as rewards for your efforts.
Endeavors can be completed through all kinds of in-game tasks, such as Crafting, Gathering, Questing, and instanced Group Content. In addition to Endeavor currency to be spent at the respective Endeavor NPCs for that month, they will also reward you with Neighborhood Favor, the renown-like system for housing that progresses your options for decoration.
For Public Neighborhoods, Endeavors will be automatically rotated through by the server each month. For Private Neighborhoods, a designated "Neighborhood Manager" will be able to pick which Endeavors will be active from month to month. The exception is a Priority Endeavor, which will be pushed to every Neighborhood. Priority Endeavors will be related to current in-game events, be it, for example, expansion-related, relevant story, or a holiday.
