How to Obtain the Legendary Staff Atiesh, Greatstaff of the Guardian – Classic Anniversary

Phase 6 introduces Atiesh, Greatstaff of the Guardian, a new Legendary weapon that a select few Casters will be able to get a hold of during the final phase of WoW Classic. The staff is acquired through a series of quests starting in the Dread Citadel, Naxxramas.

Atiesh Questline Guide

This legendary quest line is available for the Priest, Mage, Warlock, and Druid classes, and takes on average around 8-12 weeks to obtain enough Splinters per person.

Starting the Legendary Questline

Bosses inside Naxxramas have a chance to drop Splinter of Atiesh. Collecting these splinters is the first step in forming the Staff. Once you have 40 Splinters, you will be able to create the Frame of Atiesh, which allows you to start the quest, Frame of Atiesh.

After obtaining 40 Splinters, players will be required to defeat both C'Thun and Kel'Thuzad

Seek out Anachronos, who will send you on an adventure to collect both the Base of Atiesh and Staff Head of Atiesh, before making one final trip to Stratholme. Here, you will need to use Atiesh, Greatstaff of the Guardian to summon and defeat Atiesh.

Once this demon has been defeated, the staff will finally be cleansed of Sargeras' corruption, and upon returning to Anachronos, he will reward you with the Legendary staff:
