Annoying Bugs Still Persist after Diablo 4 Season 10 Patch

The update to Diablo 4 Season 10 has been out for a couple of days, fixing important chaos perks and doing some light tuning, but some bugs persist! Two very noticeable bugs that are still present and noticeable are the insanely large Barrier Varshan gets going into intermissions, as well as Nightmare Dungeons being uncompletable due to Chaos Rifts spawning monsters outside of the area.

Season 10 Overview Infernal Hordes Guide Chaos Armor Guide

Players engage with this content constantly, while running Lair Bosses for loot, or farming Reputation to get more Resplendent Sparks and Chaos Armor from the Reputation board, and seeing these issues last well into the Season is a bit disappointing. Hopefully, a fix is on the way.

They're in the Walls
Reddit User deintag85 addressed a Season 10-specific bug in their post, noting that monsters from Chaos Rifts can spawn outside of the area in a Nightmare Dungeon. In the post, more players have joined in to share their stories, but luckily, the Dungeons are still able to be completed in most cases.

Because the "kill all monsters" condition has gotten more loose over the last couple of Seasons, this bug should typically not be more than a minor hindrance. In very rare layouts, however, this monster is in fact required to complete the clear conditions, and your Nightmare Dungeon will fail. The easiest fix would be removing Seasonal Monsters from the Nightmare Dungeon Conditions, which would eliminate the issue of the Dungeon not completing.

Varshan's Brilliant Barrier
This Bug has been around for many seasons. Still, it's even more annoying now after the intermission changes to Lair Bosses, which should allow players to damage through barriers to skip intermissions. Varshan's Barrier is explicitly much stronger than every other lair boss, with users on Reddit angry over the barrier's health. However, this isn't a new issue, as the Barrier on Varshan has been bugged for many seasons at this point, leading to the boss essentially becoming immune during these moments, which is the opposite of what the Barrier should be doing.
