Take a Sneak Peek at What Might Be Midnight’s First Mythic Mount

With the first build of Midnight Alpha, we're also taking a look at the Ashes of Belo'ren, the new phoenix mount from March of Quel'danas, the third and final raid of the tier first of Midnight!

Ashes of Belo'ren

Description: One of Al'ar's last clutch, Belo'ren was taken to the Isle of Quel'Danas and raised to defend the Sunwell from any who would threaten it with his very life. It is said that death will never claim him.

This mount is a saddled version of Belo'ren, the first boss on the March of Quel'danas raid - the phoenix tasked with protecting the Isle of Quel'danas and the Sunwell, who the void has partially irradiated following the aftermath of the Voidspire, the second raid of Midnight.

One of the last clutch of Al'ar, Belo'ren was raised for the purpose of protecting the Isle of Quel'danas. In the aftermath of the Voidspire, Belo'ren has been irradiated by the Void. Confused and freshly hatched, the phoenix is focused on its sole task: Keep any invaders from reaching the Sunwell.

It is currently unknown what the correct source is for the Ashes of Belo'ren mount, as in the current build of Midnight Alpha, the game gives conflicting sources:

In the Mount Journal, the game lists the Ashes of Belo'ren as a drop from the Belo'ren encounter in March of Quel'danas, from any difficulty (and very likely a rare drop).

In the Encounter Journal, the game lists the Ashes of Belo'ren as a drop from the Midnight Falls encounter in March of Quel'danas, on Mythic difficulty. Dropping in this fashion would mean you'll get three guaranteed mounts per Mythic kill until the pre-patch for The Last Titan, which would then reduce this mount to a 1% drop.
