Midnight Overview
New Midnight Lore Models
In the initial Midnight Alpha build, we've datamined a number of new models for some interesting lore characters and raid bosses.
Voidspire Alleria
As part of the final boss encounter of the Voidspire Raid, we see a full void-infused Alleria as she draws upon the power of the absorbed dark Naaru, L'ura.
L'ura
In the March of Quel'Danas Raid, Xal'atath assaults the Sunwell with the unchained power of L'ura in an attempt to create the Darkwell.
Darkwell Phoenix
In the culmination of the Voidspire, Belo'ren, the light-infused protector of Quel'Danas, is irradiated by the void. In the March of Quel'Danas, a confused Belo'ren seeks to keep any invaders including us away from the Sunwell.
Arator
Journey with Arator across continents in hopes of bolstering the defense of the Sunwell. Seek mysterious artifacts and uncover the mysteries of the void as Arator grapples with the legacy of his family and relationship with the light on his path as an aspiring Paladin.
Vereesa Windrunner
Marked as IGC or in-game cinematic model, we'll likely see Vereesa return to defend her homeland or as part of the Windrunner Spire dungeon.
Sylvanas Windrunner
Marked as IGC for 11.2.7's story campaign the Trail of Shadow, we see Sylvanas return with a Jailer-inspired Lyre. As a bonus, we've datamined some lyrics of a song she's likely to sing.
Lady Liadrin
As a paladin knight of Silvermoon, Liadrin leads the vanguard seeking to protect the Sunwell from Xal'atath's assault.
Magister Umbric
Sporting a bold new white and purple ensemble, Magister Umbric, leader of the Void Elves, will help players investigate the Voidstorm, the seat of Xal'atath's power in Midnight.
Li Li Stormstout
Niece of legendary Brewmaster Chen Stormstout, we first met Li Li in Mists of Pandaria as a young child. Li Li is all grown up and we'll likely encounter her in the Pandaren Heritage armor questline coming in Patch 11.2.7.
Lothraxion
The Light-Infused Nathrezim returns as part of the Army of the Light as they investigate the seat of Xal'atath's power in the Voidstorm zone.
Zul'jarra
Follow Zul'jarra, the granddaughter of Zul'Jin, as she seeks to save the Amani from the grasp of the void cultists in the Zul'Aman zone.
Zul'jan
Grandson of Zul'jin, Zul'jan acts as advisor to his older sister Zul'jarra in the hope of saving the Amani people.
Amani Loa
Both new and existing Amani Loa have received major model updates. We'll explore the temples of these Amani gods in the Zul'Aman zone.
