Season 3 Turbo Boost
In the Season 2 Turbo Boost, many players were upset to find out that Myth track raid loot was locked behind kills of Mythic Liberation of Undermine. This lead to a lot of frustration from non-Mythic raiders, as the system was compared to the Dinar system of Dragonflight, where no requirement was needed. Some players were hopeful that the Season 3 Turbo Boost would be different, but this may not be the case.
In today's report from Blizzard China, they announce many piloting offenses from boosting and also announce the following:

In the future The War Within Season 3 Turbo Boost event, players will need to have defeated the appropriate Mythic difficulty Manaforge: Omega boss at least once without violating any rules in order to unlock and purchase their corresponding mythic equipment. Otherwise, even if it has been unlocked, the corresponding mythic equipment will be reclaimed.
This seems to indicate that the Mythic boss requirement is back and players will need a single boss kill in order to unlock the loot on the Puzzling Cartel Chip vendor. The upside is more of the good loot in this raid is off the middle bosses, rather than the last two bosses.
In addition, if this is true, we will likely see a similar requirement for the Mythic+ loot as well.
