These seem to target Forgeweaver on non-Mythic difficulties making both the main phases and intermission phases earlier.
Arcane Siphon now hits one player per cast (was 3 players) on non-Mythic difficulty
Astral Burn now increases every 10 seconds (was 7 seconds), debuff duration increased so it still stacks on non-Mythic
Arcane Manifestation health adjusted (likely reduced by unconfirmed) on Heroic
Note that Arcane Siphon does not work as indicated by the tooltip and instead targets (formerly) 3 player and shoots them for a blast of damage. Each collector uses this ability every ~2 seconds. It is curious that Arcane Siphon was hotfixed to only be cast on one-player for non-Mythic difficulties only as this ability is absolutely unfair to players on Mythic. If all three collectors target the same player, that player is just dead with no counterplay and many players have wanted this changed. This change seems to indicate that someone saw this as a problem, but not on Mythic somehow.
