The Translocated Gorger is assembled from collecting 20 Devoured Energy-Pod. These are dropped from boss mobs in Devourer Invasions, a world event that happens in K'aresh. You can obtain four Devoured Energy-Pod per week, one from each Devourer Invasion mob.
Devourer Energy-Pods can only drop once per week per warband - No alt farming here! It will take a minimum of 5 weeks to complete this mount.
You can use the macro below to check what Devourer Invasion bosses you have killed for the week:

Devourer Invasions
Devourer Invasions are world events that happen in K'aresh every 20-40 minutes. These can occur in four locations around K'aresh, and a zone-wide yell will announce when an Invasion is up.
Note: If you have already killed an invasion boss for the week, you will NOT get the zone-wide announcement. It might be a good idea to use an alt to scout for invasions, so you can complete them and move the rotation forward.
Once an invasion is up, devourer NPCs will swarm the area, and a counter on top of your screen will show a progress bar. Once you kill enough devourers to fill the progress bar, the invasion boss will show up. Kill the invasion boss to get a Devoured Energy-Pod. Once you have collected 20 Energy-Pods, combine them to obtain the Translocated Gorger mount!
