Stay Awhile and Listens from Manaforge Omega’s Campaign Epilogue (Story Spoilers)

After playing through the 11.2 campaign and completing the Manaforge Omega raid, players can find a handful of Stay Awhile and Listens during the epilogue chapter!

WARNING: MAJOR Patch 11.2 Ghosts of K'aresh Story Spoilers in this post!

These conversations occur in the wake of Dimensius' defeat, and the subsequent events involving the Dark Heart at the end of the raid. For those who need a refresher:

Alleria's Reaction

Immediately after this, Alleria is left in shock, commenting on the state of things now that Xal'atath has emerged victorious.

Alleria Windrunner says: We stopped Dimensius... but now his power is Xal'atath's.
Alleria Windrunner says: Locus-Walker should have listened to me. But what would it have mattered?
Alleria Windrunner says: Dimensius had to be stopped. But in the end, the one who profited most was Xal'atath.
Alleria Windrunner says: And now we must stop her--more powerful, and without my mentor, our ally who understood her best.
Alleria Windrunner says: I... need time. We will discuss this outcome later.

Alleria's Oath
Some time later, we find Alleria inside the Oasis, still mulling over what's happened. After reflecting more on Locus-Walker, she makes an oath to stop Xal'atath, an oath made with great sincerity given their significance for K'areshi culture.

Alleria Windrunner says: I... I'm not sure what to say.
Alleria Windrunner says: Locus-Walker was my mentor, my comrade, my friend.
Alleria Windrunner says: Since I first embraced the power of the Void, he was there helping me to control and understand it.
Alleria Windrunner says: He alone supported me when my allies and my family pushed me away. He saw what mattered in people, for good or ill.
Alleria Windrunner says: He--He was my dearest friend. But when he died...
Alleria Windrunner says: His past with the ravel, the secrets of his ancient fight against Dimensius... I was so angry with him.
Alleria Windrunner says: I warned him! I did nothing but warn him about the path we walked down with Xal'atath. He wouldn't listen.
Alleria Windrunner says: She killed him because he trusted her. Because he understood who she really was.
Alleria Windrunner says: So this is my oath. I will hunt Xal'atath down. I will find justice for Locus-Walker.
Alleria Windrunner says: I will prevent her from becoming the new All-Devouring.
Ve'nari says: Alleria, to make an oath on K'aresh is no small thing. Are you prepared to take on such a vendetta?
Alleria Windrunner says: I am. I have seen the lengths you have gone to to fulfill your oaths.
Alleria Windrunner says: I will avenge my friend for all the good he has done in his long life. Even as I struggle to understand and forgive his evil.
Ve'nari says: Then we wish all fortune on your hunt, Alleria Windrunner.

Ve'nari's Farewell
Despite the loss incurred at Xal'atath's hands, we do manage to find one other thing from Dimensius: the remnants of K'aresh's Worldsoul. Once she is past her initial shock, Ve'nari embarks on a plan to revitalize it, but Soul-Scribe and her Wastelanders stand in the way. After fighting through the Eco-Dome Al'dani dungeon, players who have completed the campaign will be able to view this cutscene.

In the wake of the cutscene, Ve'nari reflects on her many long years spent working towards this goal, and what it means for her people. As one last parting gift, she grants one final Rule to her sole friend: the player.

Ve'nari says: I have struggled for an eon. Now my oath is fulfilled. K'aresh lives once more.
Ve'nari says: I'm no philosopher or oracle. Is this fragile Worldsoul worth all that I did to bring it back?
Ve'nari says: My people are still cursed with these bodies. Many of them follow the Nexus-King deeper into the Void.
Ve'nari says: But K'aresh lives. An impossible dream that you achieved. Thank you.
Ve'nari says: I think there is a moment to sit and take in the view.
Ve'nari says: Enough introspection. There is work to be done. The Trust will need to protect this new wonder.
Ve'nari says: And the Harbinger is still out there. She will come for your world.
Ve'nari says: Rule 11. There is no rest for heroes.

With that final word from Ve'nari, the story of 11.2 comes to a close, and the main story of The War Within alongside it. Let us know what you think of these extra conversations!
