Best-in-Slot Cantrip Boots from Lower Raid Difficulties Will be Weaker in Patch 11.2

In a recent hotfix on the Patch 11.2 PTR, the effectiveness of the Interloper's cantrip boots from Manaforge Omega now scale with the difficulty it drops in, making Heroic and Mythic versions of the best-in-slot footwear much more worthwhile.

The value of the special effect now depends on what difficulty its obtained from.
