Cosmic Anomaly Nerfed and Sorcerer Infinite Damage Bug Fixed in New Diablo 4 Hotfix

Blizzard has pushed a Diablo 4 Hotfix onto live servers, which fixes an infinite scaling issue with Sorcerer and nerfs Cosmic Anomaly for Projectile Skills. Cosmic Anomaly now also activates once per skill cast, instead of proccing repeatedly.

These changes are very impactful to several builds that were leveraging the power's significant proc rate on projectiles and summons.
