Massive Warlock Buffs and Spellslinger Mage Tier Buff – Patch 11.2 PTR Tuning Hotfixes

Blizzard has pushed a new set of tuning hotfixes to the Patch 11.2 PTR servers. These include substantial Warlock buffs and changes to the Spellslinger Mage tier set for Season 3.
