Existing Druid Uniques Buffed while Rogues Nerfed in Diablo 4 Season 9 Final Tuning Pass

Diablo 4 Season 9 is coming out soon, and Blizzard has announced balancing for Unique Items, notably including affix changes for Bloodless Scream, and some tuning for Druid Uniques.

Season 9 Overview

The new Season 9 Uniques were also given a tuning pass, changing some of them significantly - including a large nerf to the Spiritborn's Balazan's Maxtlatl.

Druid

Unique Power Damage increased from 170-250% to 200-350%

Boulder damage increased from 20-40% per boulder to 30-50%.
