Initial datamining suggests that the majority of these items are from the Trading Post, which fits in with the September theme of "Dwarven Charm." However, the presence of a new hints that perhaps we'd get a Dwarven questline in a future patch.
The four transmog tints are named Bronzebeard, The Speaker, Wildhammer, and Dark Iron - reflecting all aspects of Dwarven culture.
