Buffs to Marksmanship Hunter, Mage, & Brewmaster Monk – Mists of Pandaria Classic

Blizzard has made several more Class adjustments ahead of Mists of Pandaria Classic. Specializations affected include Frost Death Knight, Marksmanship Hunter, both Arcane and Frost Mage, Brewmaster Monk, and Holy Paladin.

After some testing, we decided there were additional areas we wanted to look at for classes and specs.

Are subject to change.

The changes only affect PvE and have zero impact on Arenas and Battlegrounds.
