All Players Have Access to Shadowmeld in Season 3 Mythic+ Using a New Potion

In Patch 11.2, Blizzard is finally addressing Shadowmeld after many seasons of Mythic+, giving all players access to the Night Elf racial, Shadowmeld, in the form of a potion.

Shadowmeld is a required spell in high-end Mythic+ and Blizzard appears to be addressing this by releasing a new potion in Season 3, the Umbra Essentia.
