Gilded of the Undermine Discounted Upgrades Check Highest Item Level for Each Slot

With the Turbo Boost now live, unlocking discounted account-wide upgrades with the Gilded of the Undermine achievement is easier to earn than ever before, though players may be surprised to see some items not receiving a discount.

Although the achievement requires an average item level, discounts are checked individually for each gear slot.
